IB-ARM, an enterprise software solution from Information Balance, implements the concept of Application Relationship Management. First introduced in June, 2002 (V1.0) IB-ARM serves up via its enterprise portal an automatically generated meta-repository of relevant relationships between information technology artifacts regardless of platform or origin. IB-ARM makes visible information content buried within the enterprise's suite of system and business objects to facilitate just about every facet of the information technology worker's day-to-day job.

IB-ARM combines sophisticated content mining and content delivery capabilities. Content is extracted using proprietary technology to parse, assess, filter and index information residing in isolated electronic silos.
